Upload Your Website Files via cPanel File Manager

File Manager is where cPanel keeps the important data for your website's configuration and layout. It provides a convenient system for you to manage all your website files in one location. Follow the guide below on how to upload and extract your files into File Manager.

NOTE: You cannot upload multiple files in File Manager at once. Compress them into a single .zip file first, upload the .zip file, then extract the files from it.

Uploading a Single File

  1. Log in to your cPanel Hosting Manager.
  2. In the Files section, click on File Manager.
  3. Go to the folder or location you want to upload the file to.

IMPORTANT: You must upload your website files and folders inside the public_html folder.
