Hardware Outage Notification (11/03/21)

Dear Customers, we experienced a hardware outage on one of our physical servers housing some shared hosting platforms in the early hours of the morning. Engineers have been busy relocating the platforms throughout the night, services are now restored. We thank you for your understanding and patience.

Scheduled Maintenance - Webmail Upgrades (01/03/21)

Time: 11:00pm, Estimated Duration: 4 Hours

We will be performing upgrades on our Webmail servers on Monday, 1 March during a 4 hour window. There will be some periods when Webmail and the Mail Control Panel may be unavailable. If you are in Webmail at the time of the upgrades you may be automatically logged out and need to log back in. Any settings that are changed (ie. address book or calendar entries) during this time may not be included during the upgrade. Please avoid making any important changes during this time. Email access via POP3/IMAP using clients like Outlook, Mac Mail etc.. will not be affected by the upgrade. Thank you.
