We recently migrated Freeparking accounts to a new and improved platform. We’ve also revamped our website – all to make it easier for you to scale your products and solutions.
We know that changes can be overwhelming. But as always, our team is working round-the-clock to make this transition as smooth for you as possible.
What’s the reason for the upgrade?
It’s simple. Newer technologies introduce us to better ways that improve user experience. While our previous platform had been serving well for the past years, it’s ready to retire.
With this update, we’re able to change the good for the better. At the same time, we’re opening additional doors for improvement to benefit our relationship as a community.
How does this benefit you?
Before pushing through this migration, we carefully considered how it directly benefits you:
- Improved customer experience. The migration allows Freeparking customers – both existing and potential – to access a wider range of products and services. On top of that, you’ll get 24/7 access to a wider support team.
- A seamless, all-in-one dashboard. You’ll only need one dashboard to access and manage your domains, products, and services with us.
- Two-factor authentication. This form of authentication double-checks the legitimacy of the user’s identity. In turn, it provides stronger protection against unauthorised access to user accounts.
- A wider range of products and solutions. The migration is just the first step, you’ll soon gain access to a wider range of web solutions to grow your business online. In fact, you can check out our newly introduced SEO platform right here.
In addition to new and enhanced features, security fixes, and better compatibility with different devices, this migration also removes outdated features on your account manager and our brand website.
Takeaway: we aim to make the overall user experience even better for you.
What are the updates?
New Dashboard
The new dashboard offers an intuitive and flexible user experience. On the improved interface, you’ll only need to access one account to manage everything seamlessly – your domains and products all in one dashboard.
Website
Meanwhile, the website update boasts a more fluid user experience complemented by a fresh and pleasing design. This allows easier navigation in going over different product pages, support pages, help articles, and blogs, among others.
What do you need to do?
Relax, you don’t really need to do much as this only marks an exciting beginning for our Freeparking community.
We only advise that you reset your password first. You’ll then receive a reset link to the email address registered to your account. If you didn’t get any update at all, you may contact us, and we’ll assist you in recovering your account.
Once you access your new dashboard, you’ll get a brief onboarding session to walk you through the update.
Additionally, we encourage you to update your personal information. This helps our team easily reach out to you via phone or email when needed.
