    iPhone & iPad Email Setup Guide

    You can set up your Freeparking email account on your iPhone or iPad's Mail app for easier access. Follow the guide below to easily add your email account on your device.

    NOTE:
    • Before you start, ensure that you're connected to the internet and you have your email address and password handy.
    • Some options may not be available as the setup interface may vary from one iOS version to another.


    Adding Email Account to iPhone or iPad Mail App

    1. Go to Settings.
    2. Click Mail, then tap Accounts.
    3. Click Add Account, then select Other at the bottom of the screen.
    4. Tap Add Mail Account, then enter the following details:

    Name: Your Name
    Email: Your Full Email Address
    Password: Your Email Password
    Description: Leave this field empty

    1. Click Next on the top-right of the screen.
    2. Choose IMAP or POP as your email protocol.
    3. Enter the correct Incoming and Outgoing Mail Server settings.

    Host Name: mailx.freeparking.co.nz
    User Name: Your Full Email Address (Not optional, must be filled out)
    Password: Your Email Password

    NOTE: Refer to the Freeparking Email Settings page to see the complete IMAP/POP settings that you need to set for your device.

    1. Click Save to complete the process.

    TIP: Send a test email to check if the email setup was successful. If you received the test email, your account is good to go.
