<p>The&nbsp;<strong>Call-in PIN</strong>&nbsp;is a 4-digit security token that authenticates your account ownership. When you first create a Freeparking account, the system automatically sets a Call-in PIN for you. However, you are free to change it for security reasons and update it to something that’s easy for you to remember.</p>

<h2 id="finding-your-callin-pin"><strong>Finding Your Call-in PIN</strong></h2>

<p>Here's how you can easily find your Call-in PIN in the Security section:</p>

	<li>On your&nbsp;<a href="https://www.freeparking.co.nz/login/" target="_blank">Freeparking dashboard</a>, click&nbsp;<strong>Edit Profile</strong>.</li>
	<li>Go to the&nbsp;<strong>Security</strong>&nbsp;tab.</li>
	<li>Scroll down to find the&nbsp;<strong>Call-in PIN</strong>.<br />

<h2 id="updating-your-callin-pin"><strong>Updating Your Call-in PIN</strong></h2>

<p>Changing your Call-in PIN is easy. Just delete the old one and enter a new 4-digit code in the text box provided. Make sure to type in your&nbsp;<strong>Current Password</strong>&nbsp;before clicking&nbsp;<strong>Save</strong>.</p>

<p>A confirmation prompt should appear once the update is successful, and you’re all set!</p>
