Update Account Email Address or Email-On-File
The email address in your profile is the primary email address for your Freeparking account, also known as the email-on-file (EOF). You can use this email to do the following actions:
- Validate your account ownership.
- Retrieve your account username.
- Reset your lost or forgotten account password.
- Receive news, promotions, and renewal notices for your products and services.
You must use an active email address, so you won’t miss any essential updates. Also, we suggest you use an external email address — not hosted with Freeparking — to ensure your email-on-file won't get affected if there are any issues with our email services.
