Advanced Support

Freeparking provides Advanced Support for services that are beyond the scope of our Customer Care Specialists. This way, you can get faster technical help from top-tier administrators, developers, engineers, and agents.

This service includes, but is not limited to, the following services:

  • Restoration or recovering lost databases, websites, emails, files, folders, or backups.
  • Migration of websites or emails.
  • Other web design services that are not included in your plan.

How to Use Advanced Support

Follow the steps below on how to get Advanced Support:

  1. Log in to your Freeparking Dashboard.
  2. Click the Edit Profile button.
  3. In the left section of your profile, click the Advanced Support tab.
  4. In the Request Support section, select the product you need help with from the dropdown list.
  5. Enter the details or requirements needed in the Requirements box.
  6. Enter your Phone Number and Email Address in the corresponding boxes.
  7. Select a time allocation in the Service Fee dropdown.

NOTE:

• Kindly allocate 1 hour for basic tasks and a minimum of 2 hours for complex tasks.
• We'll do our best to complete your request in the time you have allocated. However, if the task is more complex than expected and cannot be completed within the given time frame, we'll reach out to you as soon as possible with a revised estimate.

  1. In the Payment section, choose your preferred payment method (My Credit, Credit or Debit Card, or Polipay) and fill out the required payment details.
  2. Click Pay & Activate to complete your order.
