How to Change Domain Name Contact Details

You can update all registration details for a domain name, except for the Registrant name, via the Login section on our website.

If the domain name is set to use your accounts default contacts then you need to update the overall account contact details. please see the 'How do I change my contact details?' FAQ under the 'My Account' section.

If you want to update just the domain contacts then once logged in go to the Services page and click on the 'Manage' button for the domain name.

Then click on the Contact Details section. From there you can update the domain names Registrant contact details and the Admin contact details. Make sure you are editing the required contacts and once finished click the save button at the bottom of the page.

If you wish to change the Registrant name, you must complete a Registrant Transfer (change of “ownership”) process. Please see the Domain Name Registrant Transfer FAQ for assistance with the Registrant Transfer process.
