Due to issues that one of my clients had with another web hosting company, Freeparking were contacted by phone late on a Saturday afternoon to transfer the domain and website. It was as easy as you could hope for.

No question was to stupid, all answers were clear and helpful. Further questions and queries by email were all answered quickly even on a Sunday afternoon.

All the techs either telephoned or emailed were extremely helpful and knew what they were talking about. I cannot recommend Freeparking highly enough if you are considering webhosting or even just domain name registration.
