I'm a very happy customer: I've been dealing with Free Parking since 2003 when I set up both business and personal domain spaces with web hosting and email. Over this time I have been impressed with the improvements Free Parking have made to the range of customer services on offer. I recently needed to add a new business domain, and was again reminded that your hosting packages represented great value. However, from the beginning, it was the reliability of your service and the dedication to support I required, and these attributes have not wavered over the last 8 years of my custom. There was one occasion in particular I remember (several years ago) when I needed some help with my SQL database, and the team at Free Parking were brilliant, responding quickly and efficiently outside of the normal business hours and caring enough to follow up and check everything was sorted. Believe me, it was much appreciated and I have had no hesitation in recommending Free Parking to my friends and colleagues over the years.
