• View and manage your domain names, web hosting and email account services with one login
• The Freeparking FAQs have been updated and are accessible through My Account
• Upgrading or changing your web hosting or email product is now a simple automated process
• You can request help from our team using the new Email Ticketing system provided under My Account
• We have developed a new billing system that will allow you to have much more flexibility and control over your portfolio and payments
• You can view and print copies of your invoices or any of the emails that Freeparking has previously sent to you
• You can arrange to make direct credit or cheque payments for your services from within your account
• Access to your website or email control panel, webmail or stats is now available directly from My Account, so you only have to remember one location and one username and password
• You can keep up to date with important announcements from the Freeparking team via your account
